Natural Ways to Lower Blood Pressure

Blood pressure is a  medical condition suffered by at least 25% of the developed worlds population but it is extremely insidious in that it is a dangerous condition but has virtually no noticeable symptoms. There are two conditions with one being low blood pressure and the other high blood pressure (known as hypertension.) Both are problematic but the most common and the cause of many health conditions is the latter. Because the medical fraternity tend to dole out pharmaceuticals in a liberal manner,
many patients are now looking to find natural ways to lower blood pressure.
Blood pressure is the pressure the blood exerts on  the blood vessel walls and to the uninitiated when it is measured  two figures are given. The greater reading is the systolic reading and is the maximum pressure when the heart is actually contracting and the diastolic or lower measure is the minimum pressure exerted when the heart is between beats or resting. A good average reading would be 120/80 but this varies according to many factors such as age and fitness among other things. The numbers such as 120 represent mm of mercury (Hg) a standard method of indicating pressure.  When blood pressure continues to remain high for a long time the blood vessels can become damaged leading to a build up of fatty deposits of cholesterol and a hardening and loss of flexibility of the vessel walls.

The seriousness of these situations make it  imperative that qualified medical professionals are involved in the ongoing treatment however this does not take away the individuals right to an holistic approach involving natural ways to lower blood pressure in conjunction with the health professional. It is usually very effective for the vast majority of people.

To have lower blood pressure requires clean, elastic blood vessels and one of the best ways of achieving this is through the use of serrapeptase. This is a proteolytic enzyme which literally digests protein and cleans the arteries. When added to other enzymes such as nattokinase (in particular) protease, lipase, amylase and a few others the result is even better. This clearing out of the arteries allows the blood to flow easier  and also the walls of the vessels are more flexible so both are natural ways to lower blood pressure.

It has been an accepted understanding that salt is bad for ones health but there is now a belief in some quarters that all salts are not created equal and that while our processed table salt has always used in studies and may well be dangerous some salts are indeed beneficial. There is certainly no argument that the use of sodium chloride, especially to excess, adds to the blood pressure problem.

Cooked oils in fried foods and processed oils may be worse than cholesterol for the clogging of arteries and it is much better to consume these in the raw form.
